Question: Why the tracking number provided don’t have any information update?
Answer: Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 3-5 business days to create our products then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Please contact us at support@shinkeys.com if your tracking number is not up after 2-3 weeks..
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
