TERMS OF PURCHASE TRANSACTION

The following terms and conditions apply to your purchasing at Shinkeys:

1. The buyer does not have to pay any additional taxes because they are included in the product’s price.
2. Depending on the Sale program, the product’s price may fluctuate.
3. Before making a payment, carefully read the instructions. You’ll receive an email confirming your order immediately. 
4. Your payment information is not stored by Shinkeys. Paypal and Stripe handle the processing of all payments.
5. Dispatch timings could change due to postal delays or unavoidable force majeure, for which we won’t be held liable.
6. You must be older than 18 and in possession of a valid credit or debit card from a bank we are comfortable with in order to enter into a contract with Shinkeys. You may submit a request, but Shinkeys has the right to reject it. If we accept your order, we’ll email you to let you know and to let you know who you’ve been dealing with. When placing an order, you guarantee that all information you supply to us is correct and truthful. You further verify that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place the order and that there are enough funds to cover the cost of the products. Foreign services and products may vary in price. All listed price tags are subject to these modifications.

PURCHASE CONTRACT

(A) Contract

An email will be sent to you after you place an order to confirm receipt, but this email will only serve as a confirmation and not an acceptance of your order. Before Shinkeys send you an email to confirm that the items you ordered have been sent , a contract between us will not have been created. The contract will only cover the items that are specified in the confirmation email that is provided when a package is dispatched. You won’t receive the confirmation email if you enter the invalid email, and Shinkeys is not responsible in this situation.

(B) Pricing and Availability

Although we make every effort to assure the accuracy of all information, including pricing and descriptions, on our website, errors sometimes happen. In the situation that Shinkey identifies a pricing error for any items you have ordered, Shinkey will notify you as soon as possible and give you the choice of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. We shall regard the order as canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you cancel, provided that your order hasn’t been manufactured and you’ve already paid for the products.

Delivery fees will be charged in addition; these additional fees, if applicable, are stated upfront and reflected in the ‘Total’ on the checkout page.
